What platform will my site be built on?
If you are looking for a website as the front face of your business without requiring major functionality, then Webflow is an ideal solution. Through the years we have experience using and building sites on a number of platforms - My best solution currently is Webflow, where I build a website specifically to help your goals and vision. For larger site projects that require a unique functionality and back-end system, then I am happy to support you on this using a front-end library such as React, Angular, Bootstrap 5 and Tailwind CSS.
Do you offer a refund?
Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
How long does it take you to reply?
24 - 48 hours. I'm typically very active and you can expect replies normally within a few hours or the next day.
Do you offer video editing services?
Unfortunately, I do not offer services for video editing or intros.
Can I resell your work?
No, unless it's made clear and agreed upon beforehand. Please notify me and discuss any intention to resell any files or designs.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept payments mostly through PayPal invoicing, or Cryptocurrencies supported through Coinbase. Such as Bitcoin, Ethereum or USDC.

Do I need to make a deposit?
Yes, the majority of my clients decide to pay me upfront at the fixed agreed-upon job quote. Although I do require a minimum of 50% deposit to be paid upfront and the remaining amount to be paid as we reach milestones or as the project is near completion.
How do we communicate?
I primarily use Discord as it’s the most efficient & convenient way to keep track of our messages together.

How many revisions do I get?
Providing support and revision is an essential part of my mission to ensure you receive exactly what you set out to accomplish. Anytime you need a text change or have a question, simply send a message and I'll take care of it.

Do you provide on-going website support?
I can provide ongoing website maintenance & updates which can be discussed as a monthly service. Any bugs or fixes that relate specifically to the work I've provided will be fixed free of charge. Although, additional functionality or changes would require an additional quote and discussion.
I can't find my files?
No problem! Send me a message and I will resend your access to the Dropbox folder containing the project files and resolve any issues for you.
