How many revisions do I get?
Providing support and revision is an essential part of my mission to ensure you receive exactly what you set out to accomplish. Anytime you need a text change or have a question, simply send a message and I'll take care of it.
Can I resell your work?
No, unless it's made clear and agreed upon beforehand. Please notify me and discuss any intention to resell any files or designs.

Do you provide back-end development services?
Sadly, I don't offer back-end development services or full-stack development at the moment. I am also learning and picking up new skills, so this might change in the future. At the moment, I currently only offer the design and front-end development portion of the website process.
Is a website domain included?
Unfortunately, I can't offer domain registration. A domain is required to launch a website and there are plenty of companies and websites that offer domains such as GoDaddy and Namecheap.
I can't find my files?
No problem! Send me a message and I will resend your access to the Dropbox folder containing the project files and resolve any issues for you.
Can I resell your work?

What payment methods do you accept?
I accept payments mostly through PayPal invoicing, or Cryptocurrencies supported through Coinbase. Such as Bitcoin, Ethereum or USDC.
Do you offer a refund?
Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
Do I need to make a deposit?
Yes, the majority of my clients decide to pay me upfront at the fixed agreed-upon job quote. Although I do require a minimum of 50% deposit to be paid upfront and the remaining amount to be paid as we reach milestones or as the project is near completion.
How do we communicate?
I primarily use Discord as it’s the most efficient & convenient way to keep track of our messages together.

How long does it take you to reply?
24 - 48 hours. I'm typically very active and you can expect replies normally within a few hours or the next day.
Do you provide on-going website support?
I can provide ongoing website maintenance & updates which can be discussed as a monthly service. Any bugs or fixes that relate specifically to the work I've provided will be fixed free of charge. Although, additional functionality or changes would require an additional quote and discussion.
